Welcome to 2009! Sorry for the recent hiatus – I’ve been on vacation (and it was fabulous, I must say!). But, I’m excited to start off the new year with this AMAZING giveaway from Hilton Hotels. Let me share with you the details.
Hilton Hotels are compensating up to $3,000 (yes, that is three thousand dollars) in hotel rooms when our winner reserves a block of rooms using their new online reservation system, Hilton Family e-Events.
Hilton Family e-Events is more than just online booking! Wedding checklists can be found on the site, along with the ability to reserve hotel event spaces and additional guest rooms, manage your out-of-town hotel guest list, and even design a personal page for guest reservations!
How does it work, exactly? You enter by leaving a comment on this post (if you found out about this giveaway from another blog, be sure to include where to heard about it). If you are chosen as the winner, we’ll send you the info you need to know to get started. You’ll register your block of rooms online using Hilton Family e-Events, receiving a code, which will validate the transaction so the Hilton people can compensate the rooms! Simple enough, right? (And just to note, participating hotels include Hilton, Conrad, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Homewood Suites by Hilton, only in the US. The giveaway does not include event spaces, room service, etc. – just the rooms!) Check out Hilton Family e-Events to see what it looks like!
So! Do a little research on the hotels in the area of your wedding and reception. Think about all the people you could give rooms to – parents, grandparents, wedding party members, other family members and out of town guests! And all for free. A nice way to say thanks, I’d say.

With so many friends and family invited from out of town to be with us on our special day we would like a hotel that can offer us more than a room with a bed. We want a comfortable atmosphere where they will feel free to relax and come together just like they would at home. With a great reputation for quality locations and excellent service my fiancé and I are excited to be able to offer our guests a Hilton Hotel. If we win this contest we hope it will allow more of our guests to join us.

The Beverly Hilton would be a perfect location for our both of our families who are all coming from Northern California.
Hilton is always my top choice! Planning a wedding in Florida and this couldn’t be better…your Hilton Cocoa Beach and Doubletree properties are my top choices!
I’m only responsible for getting the hotel blocks for our wedding, so winning this and using e-Events would help me out a lot – and make my future bride very happy!

This is such an amazing offer! I have already booked my wedding at the Hilton Long Island, and everyone there has been great! It would be great to have my family and friends from England stay at the Doubletree Guest Suites, only a stone’s throw away from our upcoming wedding in Santa Monica.
