Blogs We Love: Polka Dot Bride

I’ve been following her posts for a while now and I can proudly say, I’m obsessed! Ms Polka is ALWAYS posing great stuff, from what’s up with the wedding fashion world to inspiration bits to real wedding fabulousness! And another reason we think she is a must-read blog? She’s based in Australia, which makes her totally chic in my wedding book!

ABC Of Weddings: L is for Lolly Buffet

I must say, it’s one of the most helpful candy buffet planning guides I’ve seen. Ms Polka breaks down one buffet and notes specific glass containers that were used and where you can find them…AND how much they cost! She goes one step farther with a breakdown of candy by color, which is SO NICE if you’re planning a color-themed candy bar.

Another ABC Of Weddings: P is for Pew Decorations.

Sometimes completely overlooked, pew decorations will play a major part in whatever memory you have of walking down that aisle, and Ms Polka totally gives those aisles the attention they deserve! She has some GREAT ideas, which she lists according to season. Fabulous!

Perhaps one of the reasons I love the Polka Dot Bride: I think she has a real knack for finding great shoes and writing fabulous shoe-related posts. And really, who DOESN’T love shoes?! This idea is wonderful and a great way to spice up your wedding day look.
