I’ll be honest – the first thing I noticed about Peonies and Polaroids was the faaabulous pictures. Just about everything is “just my style”, so how could I possibly resist letting myself get sucked in to reading? Everything looks very elegant and classy, a bit modern and a bit vintage. PERFECT! Check out some of my favorite posts!
Okay, so I adore the image. But! The post continues with “oh so sweet, oh so stylish photos of “short and sweet” dresses that could be worn for your wedding, as bridesmaids dresses, or even the rehearsal dinner. Hurrah for short dresses! Tres chic.
Sweet Shoe Love
As I’ve said before, I adore shoes. And vintage chic wedding shoes get extra points. It’s fabulous that Ms Peonie says, “I’m not really a wedding shoes kind of a gal, white shoes leave me cold, white satin makes me cringe. I have no plans to wear wedding shoes to my wedding, I plan to wear red satin peep toes with heels so high that will almost be level with The Boy’s 6ft and 2 inches.” But no worries, she follows that up with ”
But I am a vintage loving kind of a gal, a eau de nil suede, gold leather detail, crystal beads and feathers kind of a gal and each one of these beautiful creations makes my heart skip a beat…” Marvelous!
An Antique Veil…
A simply gorgeous photo, and an even more fabulous veil. Just as Ms Peonie puts it, “truly beautiful and delicate”.
