Flowers can add a lot to a wedding event, that’s for sure. But not every couple can afford to go crazy with their flower budget. You can take a single Hydrangea bloom and wrap it with a silk ribbon and make a pretty bow at the bottom of the bloom for an nice bouquet. Take a few Callas (3) and some bear grass wrapped with silk ribbon and make an arm held bouquet.
